May I ask which bug that was? A lot of people were saying that !bp crashed th server.

If your refering to te steam servers being down, where you couldnt update or launch games, that was due to the MVM update attracting too many people all at once, and it was too much for the steam servers to handle, if your not referign to that, i dont know what you are talkign about either.
